Trojan is proud to announce that it has made it onto the South West Wales Top 100 Companies list for 2017. The Top 100 celebrates the biggest firms in the region, with Trojan being ranked as 79th in this year’s list.
As well as being a part of the Top 100 Companies, Trojan was also named a finalist for the Swansea Company of the Year award 2017 and received a highly commended award at an event held in Swansea on Friday 15 September.
The Top 100 ranks the 100 biggest companies by turnover based in a postcode beginning with SA. This area covers what is now known as the Swansea Bay Region, as well as a few areas slightly further afield.
Established in 2002, Trojan operates three divisions; its refurbishment unit works with many of the biggest retailers in the UK to handle all manner of consumer goods, including electronics. Trojan also runs multichannel ecommerce solutions on behalf of its customers. This includes warehouse, pick pack and dispatch services for ecommerce fulfilment, one off daily deals and promotions. Finally, a contract electronic manufacturing (CEM) unit works with a wide range of companies needing to sub-contract their manufacturing process, especially high complexity, bespoke work.
Clive Murphy, managing director of Trojan, commented:
“Being a finalist for the Swansea Company of the Year award is something I’m very proud of. It gives the company and our team positive recognition from the business community of their hard work and dedication to the business.
“It was great to attend the Top 100 event that celebrates leading companies in the South West Wales area. Being a part of this was an opportunity to network with other business people and showcase Trojan’s innovation and achievements as a top company in Swansea.”
