Trojan, the Swansea-based company that provides multichannel etail sales and fulfilment, electronic manufacturing and asset recovery through refurbishment and recoup, has hired a new warehouse manager.
Michele Taylor joins the business from Wilko, where she was also a warehouse manager, based in Newport. She will be managing almost 50 staff at Trojan and will report to Clive Murphy, the managing director of Trojan.
Clive Murphy said:
“We have grown rapidly in the past two years, both in number of staff, and the space we have to use here. Michele brings the experience we need to ensure this fast growing operation is scalable and continues to operate smoothly. We’re extremely pleased to welcome her to our team.”
Michele Taylor said:
“I’m really pleased to be joining Trojan. What the company has achieved in recent years is extraordinary, and it has created a platform from which we have an excellent challenge, in continuing to develop Trojan’s already industry leading systems to provide unparalleled services.”
Established in 2002, Trojan has three divisions. Its repair and refurbishment unit works with many of the biggest retailers in the UK to handle consumer electronic goods that are returned. On that back of this, it runs a multichannel ecommerce solutions unit that resells many of these goods on behalf of its customers. Finally, a contract electronic manufacturing unit works with a wide range of companies wishing to sub-contract elements of their manufacturing process, especially high complex, bespoke work.
