Full component traceability and wide range of assembly facilities including full SMT pick & place and conventional assembly enable Trojan to provide a complete and cost effective solution for all your electronic contract manufacturing requirements. Specialising in small to medium sized batches with the capacity to carry out large scheduled orders, Trojan’s flexible approach means no job is too big or too small, weather it is for a new product launch, internal short term capacity problem or scheduled orders we cater for your specific requirements.

Surface Mount Technology
Skilled staff use state-of-the-art processes and equipment to consistently achieve high yield and accurate placement accuracy for all types of SMT devices, including either single or double sided boards. With current capacity of over 100,000 placements per day continued investment is set to push this to 40,000 placements per hour.

Conventional through-hole technology
With an array of population stations catering for a multitude of sized boards we offer a comprehensive through-hole population facility. Complimentary machine selection including wave soldering, cutting and bending equipment allow us to speed up many manual processes. With our skilled workforce we also offer quality hand soldering, including SMT component hand soldering if required for small production runs.

Full Procurement or consigned kits
Trojan are happy to offer either a full or part procurement service or work on a free issue basis.
Our purchasing department can offer a competitive component procurement service, with low pricing and efficient supply chain management, enabling us to achieve minimum product cost. With our open book policy you will still be aware of the true bill of materials with no mystery as to how our cost to you is calculated.

Stock Holding & Logistics
Facilitating our customers requirements is an important part of our business. Operating Kanban, distribution to multiple locations, JIT or ship-to-stock allows you to have better inventory controls, reduced inventory cost and even decreased shipping times giving a greater degree of flexibility with your customers. We will build and hold buffer stock for you, even giving you daily stock reports and full trace-ability through our stock link service. Some products we are currently building under licence, distributing them directly to the trade, and invoicing directly to your customer, offering a comprehensive turnkey manufacturing & logistics operation.
